Welcome to Dialer Vault. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information across our Secure Vault features and our Communication Suite (Dialer, Caller ID, and Spam Protection). We are committed to protecting your personal data while providing advanced communication tools.
To provide high-quality Caller ID and community-driven spam protection, we have integrated the following features:
To improve our Caller ID database and identify unknown callers for the community, the App collects and uploads your Contact List to our secure servers.
Our app recognizes telemarketers and fraudulent callers. We collect anonymized data regarding reported spam calls to build a real-time defense for all our users.
The App identifies One-Time Password (OTP) codes from incoming messages to display a "Copy" popup. This process is handled locally on your device. We do not store or upload the content of your private messages to our servers.
As per our existing vault features, the App allows you to hide private photos and files into an encrypted locker.
Our app uses the Google Drive public API for cloud backup. You can link your Google account to sync your encrypted locker content.
We use Google Firebase to collect anonymous usage statistics, device IDs, and crash reports to improve app performance. We do not collect personal login information from the websites you visit via our browser feature.
We employ administrative and electronic measures to protect your information, but please note that no security measures are 100% impenetrable. Please keep your vault password secure.
Your Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities, and by using an Application, the Services or the Site you consent to the transfer of your Information to countries, including the United States, which may be outside of your country of residence and may provide for different and less stringent data protection rules than in your country. If you object to your Information being transferred or used as described in this Policy, please do not use any Application, the Services or the Site and immediately delete all Applications from your User Devices.
This App does not knowingly collect any personal identification information from children under the age of 13 (or such legally required age of consent for Juveniles as defined under applicable laws) or knowingly allow such person to register on "Dialer Vault". In the event that we are notified that we have collect personal information from a child under the age of 13 (or such legally required age of consent for Juveniles as defined under applicable laws) without parental consent, we will suspend the account and delete relevant information as quickly as possible.
